This would have been a 9 if you had done the base.. otherwise its a perfect paintjob. the blue colours are great... they just look more like NMM than clothes

I just dappled a load of different shades of orange then gave a few ink washes of brown and black, and dabbed it off randomly til it looked decent :) hope that helps.
