from what i can tell from the pic, the painting seems tidy enough, but i think u could really do with more highlighting, and try to avoid getting glare from the glossy varnish when taking ur pics, try taking pics b4 u varnish it, or if u have some matt medium try using this over the varnish it helps to kill the gloss
