My rating is because I have seen this miniature somewhere else and loved it, the picture I saw was a better pic though. I believe this is a Eldar inquister conversion done by one of the Eldar Online people. Thats all I know but its a great paint job.
I'm not sure what it's suppose to be, but I LIKE IT! I like the mixes of red/browngold. They complement each other well. And the wings add a nice touch. It kinda reminds me of a sci-fi fairy. But I have a feeling you weren't going for that look since he has a gun.
