Yes, hard to tell becasue the compression pixalated everythings o badly. Form what I can see it looks like it should be painted well. It's hard to tell because everything is so broken up.
I asume he's painted really neat from what I can see (eg. the trim on the powercable) but you must improve your photoskills otherwise you hardly get high scores.
