This is definitely tabletop quality, and a bit underrated at 4.4 right now. You seem to have good basic painting skillls, try some shading and highlighting next time.
It makes me a little bit sad to see how well painted this mini is but unfortunatly without any shading. Try to learn layering technique and you will getting great ratings. What I see is really proper, smooth, regular but without depth and life. Use Highlightings and washes and keep on posting.
