My canoness. On her base, frozen for all eternity lies the debris from battles through countless milenia, Ork Armor, a Space Marine helm (blasted through and now empty), a Necron head, an IG helmet (with grizley remains), and the more obvious Tyranid talon in the front. I'm very pleased with the mini, but not so the picture itself. It still came out a bit too jagged, and the subtle highlights on the black look more stark than they really are. I hope you enjoy looking as much as I did painting!

I agree with U.N. Try toning down the flash. If you are using a digital cam, try natural light (sunlight) and no flash on the camera. Sometimes that really brings out details that are obscured by the cam flash.
