I think another reason for the under rating (actually can't tell myself as I have ratings hidden, but I trust NSA) is the fact it's a Dark Angel with a Blood Angel chapter symbol. Now I'm no Fluff Nazi, but many voters are.
Under-rated, probably because of the dark, yellowish photo. The green armour looks very good, though the red bits seem flat and the base is a little too plain.
