Khorne beserker

Hey, This is my first mini on this site, I'm 13 and this is the first go I've had at a chaos warrior, I now have a batch of 11 khorne beserkers to complete. I basecoated it with a spray of chaos black, the red was achieved through two thin coats of darkened blood red (I use GW paints), the gold was made with a layer of tin bitz, then shining gold over the top of that. The silver was created with, again a layer of tin bitz, then boltgun maetal over that. Constructive criticism is very welcome (I need all the comments i can get), and any tips to improve my painting/painting style are also very handy. Thanx, Dtisdabest

Not too bad, a bit of constructive critism to help you get higher marks here, firstly it would look better if you darklined some ares, ie. the helmet, between the fingers around kneepads etc, which will help define these areas a lot more, secondly it is best to remove any moldlines (i see one on the gun) people often vote lower on models when they have moldlines, lastly, base it, something simple like sand glued on that is painted would help the overall image, altogether though this is a fine gaming standard model, i hope the tips help to improve your scores a little here, Joe.
