Ork Pirates Proof of Concept

These are my proof of concept models - I do this with most projects I begin to check the whole idea is going to come off nicely. Unfortunately, the pictures aren't the best (i'm still trying!) So, whaddaya guys think? How do you like the skullz & Xbones on the backs? How are the bandannas/hats/stripey trousers. Any advice would be most appreciated!
