I painted this up as an experiment with mixes and to try freehand, this is one of my first serious attempts at freehand.
I take sculpting and painting commissions if anyone is interested.

Nice! I love the base and the bluish white on his helmet and the ornaments. The seals and eyes are great, as is the red/white combination. The red is nicely highlighted, but it is somehow lacking definition - blacklining between the fingers and between plates of armor should help a lot. Also, the bolter is just... well, it's lacking something, like another person painted it.
