This is pretty good for your first work. Really good in fact. You could shade the face a little more but all in all good job.

6.5 for me this one, and not bad for your first posting, The face is nice especially the beard, I think if you thinned your paints a little more and added a few more highlights like wood grain for the pick handle and some work on the metals you could easily lift this to a 7. Still a very nice first pic.
