This is my first mini posted and the third I've ever painted, so provide any critique you like, but PLEASE be merciful! :)

My favorite bit is the faint pink area around the nostrils. A nice, realistic touch in this piece of fantasy.

mercifull? nah..going take out the red hot pokers and really go to town! ;-) just kidding, lizzy. For your 3rd mini, you did a wonderfull job. nice, neat and clean. I like the blue you added to the tail and tufts of hair near the hooves. not so sure on the blue metallic you used on the hooves tho...but hey, its fantasy, right? i think the mane could have used a darker grey base coat worked up to a white highlight. the horn has a nice pearl look to it (did you use a pearl paint for it?) the pink nose looks like it ended a bit abrupt, i see it ending right after the nostrils. lets see, what else? the mouth could use a bit of darklining between the lips (brown ink works great..just be carefull it doesn't run!) for the base, since you didn't use anything for dirt, i would have used static grass on the entire base and have made a dirt path running diagonal between the back legs. looks like you painted the inside of the ears a light pink, nice touch there. Ok it's a white unicorn on a black background. This had made the shade details a bit difficult to make out, but after careful study I think that this is very nicely shade blended. Well done for a first posted mini.
