model has too much going on: red, green, yellow, metal, grey, gold. this is an easy problem to run into with chaos minis. painting looks good, although too much gloss. appreciate the black lining. striped sword does seem a little clownish.... makng those stripes diagonal or random would be a good idea, as well as replacing one of the colors with a darker color.
the eyes look like touched with photoshop or something. i think it's a good job on the shading, as far as i can see. the armor and the swords bring up some good highlights, but the pic is really grainy. you should retake it.
ah yeah, another thing - yellow on a khorne marine?!
