The photo's quality isn't too good and therefore I can't see very well your skills, so next time try to get a better pic, anyway, I can see that all the paint is where it should be and nowhere else so I think that what you should do to improve is practice, practice and a bit more, especially focus on lightning and shading, that's what makes the real difference. A nice way to know where and how you should paint the different areas is to abserve real life objects and how the light interacts with them, you should have seen me trying to explain my friends (who don't paint) who light and sorrounding objects reflect in polished surfaces, when I was developing my NMM technique!
