One of the Harbinger Powers for the Heru summons a chariot pulled by bird-headed horses. My friend Tyson sculpted bird heads onto a couple of horses for me, and this is the result!
First off the fellow who gave you a bad rating obviously knows little about sculpting- but he knows even less about online photos. If you can- snap a better pic of it and tweak in photoshop (if you dont have photoshop send me the unaltered pic and I'll tweak it). Or if you need a few tips check here:

The best advice for picture taking is to read your camera manual from back to front- my pics were crap till a month ago.
As an aside CMON is horribly biased- if it is a Rackham sculpt or has exposed boobs it will get a 9 and everything else is rated much lower lol. In general if it gets a rating of 6 or higher on CMON it is commercial grade- that is, if you were to sell it certain people would buy it. It is very hard to get higher than a 6 because you have to please EVERYBODY- INCLUDING THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE YOU A 1 OUT OF SPITE.
I gave an 8 because I know that the pic quality is what is hurting this rating- not the sculpt
