Yep - Marine Dred Upper Body, SENTINAL HIPS + LEGS,Left arm is Land Raider Lascannon less barrel, with various Gauges of wire wrapped with much smaller gauge wire, Right Arm is old Dred Leg, and Killa Kan/Ork Dred Leg with Chaos spikey Bits parts arranged to make a hammer Configuration "Driver" is and old Elf Blood Bowl bottom with added male arms (can't recall) and lots of putty conversion.
Candles are scratchbuilt w/ tube and modeling paste to make the wax - "Halo" is from Chaos Sprue, torches from Throne of Judgement. Paper scrolls on legs
This is a really nice conversion - just trying to work out which bits you used (I think these are right + would be grateful to find out what you used):
Marine dread for main body;
Marine dread hips + legs as the upper arms;
Cables on left arm are from a sentinel's scatter laser;
Left hand weapon is maybe from a Defiler (but converted with made-head)?;
Sentinel heavy flamers;
Converted driver with robes etc;
I think the right hand gun is an old Ork heavy weapon?
