I've long forgotten the manufacturer of this figure.. I think it comes from a scavengers line, but I wanted to give him a sharp film-noir street look. If anyone remembers, please drop me a line :)

Cool!. This fig came in a blister with another long coated rasta-like mini. I believe they are hackers or something. I can't remember why did I change the gun on mine.
