I've always liked William King's works in the warhammer world so I decided to make all the charcters for the sake of it. This is Snorri Nosebiter. He's also used as the General for my Slayer army. He's a standard doomseeker with some of the piercings removed and the chain-axes replaced with regular weapons of the dwarf sprue. And nails in his head. He's positioned mid-throw with his hammer.

It's slightly flatter looking in the picture but not a huge amount, I wanted to give the impression of someone who was flushed from exertion and the pinkish tone to the skin didn't really come out right on camera since the transitions between layers are not particularly strong. The flash didn't help much either. There's a larger version here which shows it slightly better but it's the same picture.

Nice miniature, but the flesh is a little flat. Is that because of the lighting?
