The drybrushing on this looks really rough, perhaps the primer coat did not go on very smothly or the basecoat could have used a bit more watering down. This is a cloak that's perfect for practicing layering or some other form of non-drybrushed highlighting, I suggest trying it out, it's not nearly as hard as you might think.
