I've given it 7. There are a lot of cool looking things on him that tells me you could do better with some patience. The things that drags him down in my oppinion is the poor blending most vissible on the banner and the small pics that makes it hard to see how well the rest is painted.
I believe that you could score about a grade higher just by using some extra time on the blending on the banner.
