Thanks! I'm actually a n00b as a painter, and every figure teaches something new and usable. This was first time i even tried painting that little white dot on the eye, and actually, I think it turned out quite well.
Nice job! Very smooth blending, and the color scheme is great. Also, great work on the eyes.
The Source lighting effect (at least, that 's what I assume you were trying to do on the staff) doesn't really work though. The light should be brighter (whiter/lighter) close to the crystal and darken as it gets further away. And I'm not sure I like the film cap as a base. :)
