Not really sure why Naomi would change her skin colour, every Naomi I know is very caucasian. I suggest you ignore OrkN00b's comment. This is a nice Butterface mini, aka it's all really nice but her face. I think that's a problem with the scuplt.

It's a good, clean paint job.
Vampire flesh color is subjective. I grew up watching many a Hammer Dracula movie and Christopher Lee and many of the lady victims turned vampires were pretty "fleshy".
I also like the red dress. It gives her a "Vampirella" look.
