Fairly clean paint job, and good job with some of the detailing like his finger nails and straps on his armband. I think you missed the straps on the legband, though? I like the way you did the two-tone feather. Some of the paint looks thick in places, you might want to thin it a bit more and do multiple coats. I can see the drybrushing, but I think you've been too timid with it on many parts. Try doing a bit more of it, particularly on the textured parts like fur, hair and feathers, and go up in stages to lighter colours applied only on the brightest parts.
