I'm going to give you a 3, don't take the low score to heart, all you need is some practice and learn to tidy up your mini inbetween stages. I don't believe in giving ones and any low score should be followed by some constructive criticism about how to improve so here we go.
First thin your paints down some and you will find even if you don't shade or highlight you will get a better finish.
Second take one area at a time starting from the hardes areas to reach first, like the face inside the helmet the skin should be done and then once you have that complete reundrecoat the helmet and do that part.
Thirdly read the articles on here for good advice on how to shade and highlight your minis. I think you could improve alot just by taking a little more time and putting a little more thought into your painting.
