Paints needed:

I basecoated the mini white, and then blacklined my way: what i usually do for blacklining is make a 1:2 chaos black/water mix, then I painted the mask inside the helmet and the inside of the crest chaos black. The fangs and the forehead part of the helmet were painted blood red, highlightings on the red parts were painted with a 1:1 mix of blood red and golden yellow. The outer part of the crest and the pipes on the sides of the helmet were painted dark angels green and highlighted with a 1:1 mix of dark angels green and bad moon yellow. I painted freehand a black flame motif on the crest.
All the gemstones on the crest were painted with a 1:1 mix of red gore and skull white, then I passed the side of the brush on the stones with a 1:1 mix of red gore and water. This helped to blend the colours and made all the work easier. I added the white dots with a toothpick. Same thing on the purple gemstones and eyes: 1:1 skull white/IP mix, then painted with watered down imperial purple. The rune was painted freehand.

Moving on…
Then I painted the undersuit with 2:1 black/water mix, leaving the armour plates white. I don’t like all-red fire dragons, thus on the left leg I painted the legs blood red and highlighted with the usual 1:1 blood red/golden yellow mix, but the knee was painted green. Thus I made it dark angels green and highlighted 1:1 dark angels green/bad moon yellow. The shoe was painted black and highlighted 1:1 Chaos Black/Skull white. The cloth was painted dark angels green and drybrushed snot green. The gemstones were painted using my technique (first 1:1 colour/white mix and then painted with the watered down colour), same thing with the markings on the leg. Then I painted the end of the shoe blood red and the edges and back of the cloth were painted chaos black.

Next was the backpack: painted as usual with blood red, highlighted 1:1 blood red/golden yellow and shaded with watered down red gore. The lines on the backpack were painted watered down dark angels green and highlighted 1:1 dark angels green/ bad moon yellow. Same thing with the pipes and the triangle on the butt. Then I highlighted the undersuit with the flat brush with a 1:1 mix of skull white and chaos black.

Then there was the right leg. I didn’t know what to do, thus I just inverted the colour scheme: red knee and the remaining part green. Then I painted the chest, shoulder and arm red and highlighted them with the usual mix.
Then I painted the hands, gun and grenades black, on the backhands I painted SENMM starting with scorched brown, then towards the knuckles I painted snakebite leather up to golden yellow. The knuckles were painted red gore like gemstones, and the fingers were painted blood red and highlighted golden yellow, leaving the in-betweens black. The ammo magazine, the light on the side and the final part of the gun were painted NMM with snakebite leather and highlighted 1:1 snakebite leather/golden yellow. I left the main part of the gun black and highlighted grey. The gemstones on top of the gun were painted blood red and highlighted 1:1 golden yellow/blood red. Then the small pipes that take to the ammo magazine were painted imperial purple and highlighted skull white. The big pipe was painted red and highlighted with the usual 1:1 mix of blood red and golden yellow. Then I painted black flames on it to add some nice freehand. The lens on the side of the gun was painted dark angels green and highlighted skull white.

I painted the rune on the magazine dark angels green and highlighted skull white, the vambraces were also painted dark angels green and highlighted skull white, same thing with all the remaining gemstones. Finally, I painted the pipe imperial purple.
