Thanks! I'm kinda dreading painting this thing once it's done.. but it should be fun! I hope it doesn't look too cartoony or too orky... but then again, I don't think something can ever be too orky lol. Thanks for the comments :)

Dr. Bob

but not THAT Dr. Bob
That is so crazy! I love the computer screen and broken keyboard and the random wire/cable sticking out.

Well, I don't know how a month has gone by since my last post, but it has. I'm about 90% done with my ork rocket fuel tank, and I have started the base. I even picked up a brush and started to paint a model (which I haven't done in nearly 8 months)... man what a mistake that was... It seems like I have forgotten how to paint, so I won't post something so bad..

But here is my near finished rocket fuel tank

Anyways, I haven't made much progress other than this. Any comments would be much appreciated. Thanks for stopping by!

That orc rocket looks awesome, suitably orcy and like it can only fly because they believe it can (which is ideal for orcs)

Those demigod minis look really nice too, I hope they will be available separately, I don't really have need for a whole game, just the minis would be nice

Thanks for your comment :) I'm glad you described your view of the model that way; it means I'm heading in the right direction :)

As for the Demigods minis, try http://shop.prodosgames.com/en/ they have a decent selection of the minis from the game. They may seem expensive as well, but some of them are basically 54mm size. Thanks again for your comment!

Didnt realise prodos had them, they aren't too bad for price, I find prodos are very reasonable with pricing and the warzone minis I have are good quality too

Well, it's been a while, but I have decided to start painting again...Only problem is that I've basically forgotten how to paint, since the last time I painted was in June 2015. Any advice on some quick refresher articles/videos?

You know, that's one of the things I've never seen. Just grab a brush and start, it will come back to you quickly.

I know I haven't been too active, but I will be gone for a while. On Wednesday, 2/17/16 I was involved in a traffic collision while riding my motorcycle. The injuries I sustained don't allow me to do much, so I won't be active for a while. But, I'll enjoy looking at all of your works and WIPs during my recovery. Happy modeling!

Think of it as time to start watching painting videos while you allow yerself to heal buddy. That's what I did when I lost my use of my right arm for 2 years. You know what that's how I learned more than ever how to lay paint bud.

god bless and stay strong brother...wishing you well.

How bad are you hurt Lost..? Maybe get in touch with your inner basing demon and refine your basing skills if you can't paint . Or sculpting or crochet maybe . You are never hurt too much to do some hobby
