Disappointing missing card from Pets set

Going through my box I realized that the brand new set was missing the level 6 Vexia enemy card...

literally the only one you need for any of the scenarios. (unlike some villians, she doesn't make early appearances in the campaign)

I'm kind of at a loss -- i mean i found the missing card on tabletop simulator and can print one out for myself. but of all the cards to leave out of a set....

Edit: Miniature Market (the retailer) mailed me the missing card.

That’s such a bummer, especially when it's a crucial card for the scenarios! Glad to hear Miniature Market helped out by sending it though. It's nice to see customer service stepping up. Hope everything else in the set is in good shape!

Missing components do occasionally slip through quality control. Since the retailer already replaced the missing card, it sounds like the issue was resolved. If anyone runs into a similar problem, contacting the retailer or publisher is usually the quickest way to get replacement parts.
