Well, Liz hasn't decked a rugby player as far as I know but she did the highschool quarterback, in front of the entire school just before the game.

Rugby has all of that, some to a lesser degree, but it all needs to be done without stopping. There are choreographed plays from set pieces such as the line-outs and scrums.

The big tackles in rugby usually come from open play.
