If anybody is interested I'm part of a DnD campaign network that plays DnD 5e over Skype every other friday evening for an hour or 2, it's so easy, don't have to go anywhere just log in...

I used the Flayed Men for the first time since the 1.5.1 nerfing, I still think they are worth the 9 points, they may not have the power output that they had before but they are definately hard to...

So scenario, you are playing NCU's Walder Frey and Varys, your Opponent is also playing Varys as an NCU, on your activation you announce to play Walder Frey, your opponent uses Varys to block Walders...

I faced a 5 Giant army with 1.5 rules, it was nasty, managed to Kill 2 of them, one with a prolonged assault with Flayed Men, now nerfed in 1.5.1, and the other with a 2 unit Warden Attack.. still...

With new factions drip feeding out it was inevitiable that players were going to go to Neutrals to Bolster their armies, if CMON didn't want this then they should...

In this particular Game, I was playing 4 units of Wardens, each with a Noble, and one with Stannis, a unit of Stormcrow Archers, and 1 unit of Flayed Men.

Managed to Kill 2 out of the 5 giants,...

Played a Free Folf army recently, 50pt, had 5 Giants and a unit of Cave Dwellers, I had more activations but still lost miserably, those Giants are lethal.... What would be the best way to fight off...

So he would lose Auto Wounds for a successful hit, would he also lose auto wounds for wounds the Giant had already taken?

With 5 Giants fielded, they are a bit hard to ignore and run away from..

Have been playing 50 point armies on a 6x4 always enough room, a smaller army would on that size would at risk of easily being flanked..

Just started playing, got the Baratheon Starter set plus a few more loose Baratheon units, a few Bolton units and some Stormcrow Archers..

Played just 2 games so far and lost both......

I've used the Sentinals a couple of times now and I don't find them anything special, cool looking models, but like you I have'nt found their niche on the Battlefield yet..

I played pretty much this army against a 50 point army of Free Folk, but with Shyra and Alester as NCU's an additional unit of Sentinals and a unit of Boltons Flayed Men... Got my Ass completely...
