Hey everyone! While browsing some older galleries today I thought it would be cool to have some kind of overview of 2004\'s best miniatures. Since there is no such thing (yet) as a 2004 Annual, I decided to make my own, here on the forum :) Because I didn\'t want to browse through too much...

Anyone had any bad experiences with the casting quality of Freebooter miniatures? I sold the chaos witch recently, and there were quite a few mold lines on the miniature. And to make things worse some of them were in very hard to reach places or on small details :( Some of my friends also...

Can somebody please explain this to me? The (currently) last comment on this entry (http://www.coolminiornot.com/68660) mentions this but I have no clue what it could mean :D please help this newbie! ;)

I don\'t know if you have seen this latest piece from Matt Verzani, but I just noticed (well, I think I\'m correct) a huge mold line right on top of the staff. Please correct me if I\'m worng, because it\'s always risky to make this kind of \"accusations\" towards a master like Verzani.

A fellow painter of mine uses real, dried autumn leaves to put on his bases. So yesterday I went for a walk in the park and picked up some nice coloured leaves. They\'re now on the heating, waiting to get dry completely, crushed and mixed. Has anyone else tried this?

What\'s the scale of most Freebooter miniatures? I know they have a 54mm female demon, but is the rest 25-30mm? Thanks
