As with the Lannister’s, I don’t play Free Folk. I do, however, like to pick up the uniques from the other factions to paint, as the books have always been my favorites. All that being said, I do play Night’s Watch...so getting Craster was a must.

I really like how the Reeds turned out. Thinking I’ll have to go back and lighten Arya up a bit at some point...

So... I finished painting these guys RIGHT before it was announced they can now take Vows. This moved their “timeline” from not “officially” Night’s Watch, to having actually taken the black... The intent here was to add some variety to the mostly black faction. Some were painted in common...

I absolutely love the Warden sculpt with this set. I opted to go with the less uniform color choices, to emphasize them being a less military style unit.

And here’s the last of my Starks from the KS pledge. I’ll likely do some work on another CMON game for a bit, as a break, before working on my Night’s Watch stuff. I’m considering doing a work in progress thread when I get to them, if people would find that beneficial.

I kinda screwed up on the banner, making it darker than intended. I may have to go back and try to fix it. On the plus side, I added a dry brush of a light skin tone and a second coat of flesh wash to the colors used on my Roose Bolton cloak, and I like this much better. So I will likely go...

The last in a long list of postings today. The good and bad side of painting them mostly all at once. Maege turned out well, in my opinion. The Crannogman might have done better with a different color choice, but that may just be me. All I have left now are the Outriders and the Flayed...

Once again, I struggled with color choice for Littlefinger. I flip-flopped between black and white, or some more flamboyant colors. In the end I compromised by doing a bit of both. I hope you like.

Really enjoy him in the books. My only second guess is that maybe I should have added more color, instead of various browns. And his his sword looks freakishly huge in these pictures, lol.
