:idea:

glue strands of very fine thread together then hit with a few coats of gloss coat... thin wire may be better as it holds its shape better tho then just paint white after glue then hit with several coats of gloss.... give that a try

Thanks, good guesses on the mysterious pic by everyone.. It is a glass of fizzy wine (yum!), the photo was taken from above with the lense inside the glass

pretty good, but if you plan on taking photography seriously you should consider taking a class.youll learn important stuff about composition, color, and the rule of 3rds of course.
