Does anyone know of a forum or list somewhere besides here that would be a good place for advertising the game and miniatures sales I\'ve got going on ebay?

Well, if it\'s any sort of D&D stuff, you could make a post in their Marketplace.

I don\'t know the rules of what is or is not allowed there.

How about Bartertown?

go to the trading sections and post in the appropriate areas (maybe read the rules first, but as long as you don\'t crazy spam they are pretty good about not hassling you so long as what you\'re posting is relevent to the topic). And people post eBay autions there all the time...
