AMotW: Passing on the torch

Hello everybody!

This is an open competition for anyone who is interested in taking over AMotW. The idea is to have each participant write up a review on Jolly Roger Studio's "Yarri" (link at bottom). You have one week to submit the article, and please do so in a seperate thread in the "News" sector of the CoolMiniorNot boards. Be sure NOT to submit it to the actual CoolMiniorNot news source, because it's hard to say how many entries there may be and clogging up the front page isn't something I want to burden the site's moderators with!

The rules are as follows:

1. Minimum 150 words.
2. Submit the review within a week on the CoolMiniorNot boards in a seperate thread with the title: " *MotW: "Yarri" by Jolly Roger Studio". *Add the first letter of your account name here.

Suggestions:

1. Run the review through spell check.
2. See if you can have somebody read it over to see how it flows before submitting it.
3. If you enter, realise that you have as good a chance as anybody to win, so be prepared to write weekly.

Good idea for the contest. Just curious, but why are you calling it quits?

Maybe if I get some spare time I will write something up. Who knows???

I think the reality is that most people look at the time commitment involved and think holy crap!!!

I think it is amazing you did it for as long as you did. I start a new job in November which may see me with more time....who knows.

I\'d be willing to give it a shot, but I\'m far from expert as a painter, and would be
more likely to pick minis completely at
random, rather than looking for
\'hidden gems\', and if it\'s a lower scoring mini, be constructive with it.

Awwww. I really wanted to read review of my mini. I\'m little diappointed but I understand that no one have time to write article only for fun.
