Good day.
I wanted to inquire about the Davos Skill. "Outflank" in Beta V.2021
You may hold this unit off the table (In Reserve) instead of Deploying them. When a friendly NCU Claims (Horse) you may replace the zone's effect with:
"Deploy 1 unit from Reserve fully within Short Range af any flank table edge".
My question is:
Deploying the unit, is it considered an activation (a maneuver action)? Or once the unit is deployed do you have an activation available?
