Bar Brawl: It\'s Peasant Time

I built this guy on a whim, well, after being told that my local GW was holding a Barroom brawl....

He\'s not done yet, so C & C is welcome.

Looks a little well armed for a bar room, but this is the Warhammer world

The missing leg looks great but makes him look unbalanced. Perhaps if the staff of his pole weapon were on the ground it would offset that.

I really like the dirty look you got on him.

Looks like hes from a real \"sawdust on the floor\" Ankh-Morpork type of pub

i think you need to go more towards the improvised weaponry.

An upturned candelabra used like a hammer, those round pub tables as shields, broken bottles, pool cues, darts, bar stools, pool ball in a sock, fire extinguishers, xmas decorations (its is the season after all )

Do some research, find a suitably notorious bar and pick a fight, you will some find out all the wonderous weapons that can be created in a pub enviroment.

I wanted him to look as if he\'d come from the crusades or had been traveling for a long while. And then he stops for a nice, relaxing, calming mug of ale...

looking good, I really like your skintones. Agree that he is kitted out too well for a drunken brawl however.

Would have been a cool touch if he had lost the other leg and was using the halberd as a walking stick, as the side with the missing leg would be the one needing the support.

I redid a couple of your pics (Hope you dont mind) cause they were too dark. Like this mini but I dont see a barroom brawl here. I cant see it in you gallery yet so I suppose we must wait till its activated. A link would be nice as well.
