Even the sealer didn\'t hold down blue.
But I tried some suggestions here and it has been minimized to be acceptable.
I outlined some of the yellow bits in black to reduce the spread. I laid down another layer of matt sealer. I then painted the white & yellow with such tiny strokes and such a small amount of paint that it dried as the brush pulled away so the blue never had a chance to get in.
I\'m going to experiment with Modge Podge soon and see if that works to seal it.
Still got some details to finish before photographing it, so keep watching the RR thread. It will come.
