Celeborn Finished

I thought I would take the opportunity today to get this mini finished and off the workstation so I can fully concentrate on a skeleton commission for Otherworld Miniatures. So here is the finished (for now) Celeborn.

I do have plans to revisit this mini later and refine one or two things as well as long term I plan to make a whole new scenic base for it. But for now this is all the time i can spend on it. Hope you like it.

Nice work on another horrible LoTR figure. Fair play, to get the depth and cohesiveness you\'ve managed here takes some doing. Tres smooooth.

I disagree with Rev about the sculpt, I love it personally and you have done a great job bringing out the character with the painting, the face looks great with the changes you took on board from the wip feedback.

I was not convinced with the green robes at first, but the base sets the colour iff niceley.

Great job, a solid strong 8 from me.

another disagreement with rev here. i like him too. nice smooth painting. i think some of the darklining is too black though

I think it looks great, the colours work well in the finished item, but the blends could be smoother.

The face especially looks very smooth. Some of the shadow transitions look a bit abrupt, maybe just a tad dark in some spots?

Re my comments on the sculpts, I\'m a LoTR hater I like my fantasy to be silly, not uber-real...
