One of my old co-workers was always threatening to dress me up as a Garden Gnome and put me in his yard Can Scotland Yard arrest him too please? lol

I think they can only arrest him if he actually does it.

I once heard of a guy who used to go around stealing pink flamingos from peoples\' yards, drilling a hole in it and putting a black crossbow bolt (with a tiny pink flamingo painted on the shaft) through it and putting it back in the yard.

I just want to know what they were planning on doing with a room full of stolen gnomes.

At Uni we used to steal garden ornaments. Untill my mate Paul stole a potted plant that infested the housewith Weavels.
