This is Part 2 of the Army Painting series on the Dark Elf Medusae unit. The painting process from Shaded basecoat, glazing, midtones to final details is covered.
The second episode of every series focuses on the Color Test Figure, where I spend a lot of time discussing how long a given effect takes, and then projecting that on the rest of the unit. This is where you determine if you want to spend the extra time to do this or that effect!
The Army Painting series on my Patreon Page are typically 5 episodes long, and 12-13 hours running time. I take you through the entire process of basing the figures, creating a color scheme (in a color test episode such as this one), all the way through the final details.
