Crystal Brush--Voting

So, I want to vote on Crystal Brush. All the dates seem to be wrong on the posted information unless I'm not reading the correct thing. When I had checked last night there was a counter saying it had 3 hours and 15 minutes left until voting was open. That was at 2045. It's now 1100 and I can't seem to figure out where to vote. The voting information I've seen says it's suppose to be open for 24 hours. Now I'm hearing from others that it's 12 hours and I missed it? How did I miss it if it wasn't open until Midnight and it's not even noon?

I'm really confused.

heyup missus nice to see you back, this wouldnt have something to do with worls time zones etc, just a guess mind. I voted on some this morning but he voting seems to be closed now.
