Dark-Age and Wrath of Kings at CMON Expo - more info needed

I have signed up for the Expo in May but all of the D-A and WoK events are listed, along with max. capacities, but no way of actually registering for individual events.

How do I do that?

Also the Wrath of Kings Nationals - is that a case of if you signed up you're in or are there qualifying events?
