what was your final highlight colour? I have seen some ok results from brown highlights

Yes hopefully I can remain focused enough to do all the termies from the set, I have beaten up and weathered the armour some today I am not sure whether I like the result but it is a bit late now lol.

Right I have taken the plunge and started to age this thing, I\'m not totally happy yet but I am getting there I think.

The pic shows some parts that can be improved a little and I\'ll sort those bits out as I go along.

Thanks guys, the bone is just Graveyard Earth mixed increasingly with Bleached Bone with a little white added for the final stage. As for the weathering as careful as I can.

I'm back again with another update, the tabard is now done and also the purity seals and the crux terminatis. I am pleased with how the mini is going and especially pleased with the crux as this was lacking alot of detail and i had to paint that in freehand, also the cracked effect came out better than I had hoped.

I am also going to try and add cobwebs to the mini when it is on the base that I am planning for it. Hopefully more updates soon.

At last I have finished painting the actual mini of the dead terminator, I have yet to make its base and then add one or two finishing touches when that is done but for now the mini is finished and can be put to one side,

I am hoping to get one of the 3D space hulk rooms that someone posted a link to on here to make into a display base but for now this project is finished and time to move onto a new one.
