DISREGARD: Parts Replacement for New Owner

Hello!

Does anyone know how to get a part replacement for Blood Rage? I just received the game NIS and it is missing the Yellow Glory Token.

I tried going to CMON support to submit a ticket but none of the options allow me to select Blood Rage as the game. And I can’t seem to find a generic support email address either. Sorry for n00bing it up.
