Does Anybody Know Anything About These?

Recently with all the trading I have been doing I cam across these,

The boxes contain around 10 minis all packed nicely in foam, it says on the box front that there were 8 sets and I have four of them. I got them ages ago and forgot all about them. I was going to put them on e-bay but I want to try and find out more about them first. So do any of you guys out there know anything about them?

Is anybody interested in them? if so then drop me a pm.

They are indeed sculpted by Julie Guthrie it says that on the packaging i only just spotted it.

Yeah, those are all originally from Grenadier, do they still have the manufacter stamp on the bottom of the bases?

They were produced about late 80s.

yeah i saw some of these at my game store the other day. i think they are going for $30 u.s. maybe $35. not sure but i think thats where the price is at.

I\'ve owned a couple of those individuals in the past.
They are from back when 25mm was the standard and they stuck to it.
Those guys are like pygmies next to the most recent stuff.

Very useful for when real pygmy miniatures are in short supply. Actually, they look very similar in style to a box of Grenadier Star Wars minis I\'ve got in my desk - that was an impulse ebay buy.
