Hi everyone,
I've just got the mini painting bug again after a bit of a break and thought it'd be good to finish off some of the old projects.
First up is this small Eldar force. Just got some base colours and initial glazes down so far and the colour scheme is inspired by the trad swooping hawk colours and the truly excellent dire avenger by Jarhead - http://www.coolminiornot.com/231686?browseid=3511093 in fact if i hadn't seen Jarhead's pic i might not have picked the brushes back up!
Advice and comments would be very much appreciated, although I know top priority are better photos in the next update as the camera and the light have really washed out any subtlety of tone..
not pictured are a heavy weapon I have to build and an avatar. In fact the Avatar is proving a problem conceptually - do I paint traditionally or match to the limited cold blue palette of the rest of the gang?

PS need to solve why the yellows are coming out so intense too
