Well, Spain will avoid Holland in the QFs so it could be a Sweden/Holland QF.
i am loving the Euros at the minute. Drama is unfolding with the stuttered starts of both france and Italy. From that group i would like Romania to go through with Holland.
Hollands football has been great.
Portugal have been quite impressive and i always have an affinity for them seeing as my family is half portuguese.
Croatia look good also as do spain.
Its Holland,Spain,Croatia and Portugal who are my last four.
@wargriffon thats a bit of a pessimistic point of view, footballers can command a sort of wage due to the size of the business, yes to many they are overpaid but people are willing to pay them that. Also it has brought a great amount of entertainment to many people. I think at heart your bitter as they earn more than many people could ever hope for. Diving hasnt been a major issue in the Euros and little has spoilt it in terms of anything else. Just good football and passion

There have been a few players who deserve credit for staying on their feet when fouled, I wish I knew who they were but there\'s a lot of teams I know nothing about! But there\'s also been more than a few *flop around like a fish out of water for no reason* type plays.
I absolutely can\'t stand it when there\'s a legit tackle and one guy screams his head off, clutching his ankles. And then gets up and sprints across the field as soon as the ref\'s made his decision. This issue is probably the biggest obstacle for me following the game more. It really just pisses me off.
I played soccer, I know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of both legal and illegal challenges. It\'s not that big of a deal when you compare it to a real contact sport (rugby anyone?).

I\'m in agreement with Jericho, congrats to van nistelrooy for one who stayed on his feet and another few who slip me atm.

From the matches I\'ve seen, the games have been very clean and with little or no play-acting. Maybe it\'ll start to happen as the matches become more important.
I don\'t really mind it tbh - all part of the fun. We need a proper punch up at some point as well!:drunk:

Hmm, apologies to Ainu. I could have sworn Austria lost both matches so far but they drew against Poland. They can still qualify.

What a game eh, Turkey vs Czech!! a pity the czechs are out but another great match, just think the knock outs are still to come!! :beer:
Awesome match. The last 15 mins even got my wife to put her crossword to one side (what exciting lives we lead
lol ) I was willing Turkey to equalise \'cos I\'m one of those individuals who actually loves a penalty shootout, so I was chuffed when it was 2-2 and a bit gutted when they scored again 2 mins later.
Hats off to them though, they looked absolutely dead and buried...

Congratulationjs to Spain. Now they\'ve finally managed to live up to their billing, maybe England can at least qualify for the next tournament. lol
