Favorite Gift you Gave Someone Else?

My sister (she\'s 16) got an iPod nano for christmas from my parents. Shes completely infatuated with Jonny Depp (obsesed!!! :eek:) so I got her this Pirates of the Carribean skin from skinit.com for her ipod. It\'s incredable! It looks like it was made like that! she loves it too so thats good. :D

Out of all the stuff i gave, a present for my dad, a book by Iian Banks called Raw Spirit where he travels around Scotland searching for the perfect Dram.

My dad has all of his books in first edition hard backs (with majority of them signed, theres loads of them!) but he never got around to buying this one when it was released. I started rading a few of his books last year and if anybody is interested in reading a few The Wasp Factory, The Player of Games and Whit are all stand outs.

Some great gift giving from you guys :)

I gave my GF a handmade decorative tile with a hare on it and a nice green glaze. I got it at an art show and I\'m glad she liked it because it was a little expensive :D I also gave a Venus Flytrap plant and a DVD player to several family members, all were pleased (as they did not already have either one).

lol I got my old man a DVD player too! And some dvds about hitler since he\'s always watching Uk History (Which is commonly refered to by him as the hitler channel).
My sister got 4 cds she was after.
Bro got a soundcard for his desktop.
Mother got a pair of shoues she wanted..WTF is it with women and shoes?! And why are they so expensive???
Sisters bf got some aftershave he wanted .
All in all I think everyone was chuffed ;)

A football table for my son... he loves it and erm... so do I :D

We also got him a couple of lego star wars sets - the Clone Tank and the Star Destroyer - the smaller set (tank) took about 5 hours to build... I\'m dreading the other to be honest :)

Hmmm, well I managed to finish the three cherubs from Reapers Cupid and cherub set for my mother-in-law.

As things are really tight now that I\'ve moved out, I was really only concentrating on my kids, but since I had them half-painted for awhile, I figured I\'d finish them up for her to represent each of my kids.

Was up \'til 2:00am the night before finishing them.

I keep thinking it\'s technically a gift to myself that I finished a mini finally in the last 2-3 years...:rolleyes:

Got my dad the newest book by Murakami..Kafka on the shore (his books r great) and my sis some dvd\'s...both liked their prezziez :)

my friend alex plays on battlefeild alot so i got him a macfarlanes army man dude toy thingy lol it was quite cool and i think he liked it

My Girlfriend loved She-Ra as a kid so I got her She-Ra DVD\'s for Christmas. Completley useless, but her face lit up when she saw them.

That\'s the tragedy...since I didn\'t get them finished \'til 2:00 in the morning, I had to wrap them quickly and didn\'t get a chance. Ironically, I had done an angel for someone else, too.

Four minis in 3 years! Woot!lol

Hmmm, this is tricky... my two favorite gifts weren\'t technically from me.

Santa gave our 4 year old daughter a red and silver soccer ball that she has taken everywhere with her since she got it because she loves it so much.

Our 4 year old daughter gave my hubby an Odin mini from Eastern Front Studios that he was just giddy about.
