Gamling of Rohan

Here is my version of Gamling, Theoden\'s right hand man. This was a very fiddly mini to paint with alot of fine detail that I realy struggled to see. It was however worth the time spent I think. Here he is in all his glory.

Now it is off to something a little different from me and quite possibly made out of resin.

Thanks, every time I tried the freehand it went totaly tits up so after five attempts i gave up and repainted the cloak. The moulding of the cloak makes freehand work alon the edges very difficult and that is not one of my strengths anyway.

REALISM

I love the way you have finished Gamling , I really prefer a realistic approach to figures, I can appreciate the artistry of the bright & lurid especially with fantasy ,but realism is my prefered choice and this boy fits the bill, hes great!To me he looks like a shrunk down version of the guy in the film , perfect. .
