Hello from London :)

Hello there, nice site, been a lot of inspiration for me lately.

Yes i am one of those 40+ gamers who find themselves with both the time and ,thankfully, money too get back into the hobby :). luckily thanks too a lot of the pictures here my wife sort of like the idea too, which brings me too my question...Where can I find a good 28/32 mm sculpted figure of a female in a tudor or similar dress, i have found one by carnavale, but she has a ship on her head!,and the new tercio creativo one would of been ideal apart from the pistol! as we are starting too game with my daughters in a fantasy rpg.

So ,in a nutshell, nice female fantasy figure,28/32 mm,full ballgown,no chainmail bikini!..if all fails,I will get the Tercio one and use my ,admittedly very rusty, conversion skills and tools too make her fit. :)

PS ,it was a joy too reopen my old box of painting stuff..a full range of unopened gw paints,[still good, must be 15 years!,glazes, inks the lot!],my old brushes...and damm!...that warhammer quest noble I never finished!...unfortunately my old magnifying lamps long gone, but hey im sure I can find another.

PSS,if I can get her figure right,it opens the way for me too spend more...eg. kingdom of death figures etc...just saying ;)

Well if its a Tudor style thats specificcaly wanted I'd suggest the Game of Thrones range from Dark Sword.
Good miniatures taken from a grossly overhyped series of books.

Can you not do a head swap? Or a hand swap with the other one? Hold on to the old paints, the gw stuff ain't any better (although I do like the washes)

Old Gw paints are awesome if they are not solid, it. Sounds like a paint treasure trove to me :)

If you need advice with yer painting just ask.

Cool, see my post about my soon too arrive Kingdom Death Butcher, those lamps are worrying me,particularly as I would like too make the glass in each a different colour, and i cant decide if rusty iron or brass would look best for the armour.

[You can tell im excited about painting again, right ? :D]

I paint too play and this guys going too be a half-orc or other burly type in my new club, hopefully blow their socks off!
